Shopping Centre at Rechnoy Vokzal
This shopping centre is the first project in the Moscow City Council's new programme to redevelop the city's major transport hubs, the goal of which is to relieve the congestion problems these hubs cause.
The centre is situated near to the Rechoy Vakzal underground station and to the termini of buses servicing the region to the North-West of Moscow (Dolgoprudniy, Khimki, Solnechnogorsk, Zelenograd, Klin, etc.) The main distinguishing features of this centre are its functional planning and accessibility, its modern architectural style and its appeal to the widest possible range of customers. According to analysts, a flow of 250,000 passengers will pass by this shopping centre daily.
Currently the construction phase is already approaching completion, with only internal furbishing and final installation of engineering systems remaining.
